Research across foreign jurisdictions to support comparative law arguments before Indian courts. Sources include judgments from the UK Supreme Court, US federal courts, European Court of Human Rights, and Commonwealth jurisdictions, selected for their persuasive relevance to the Indian legal context.

Each foreign authority is presented with its jurisdictional context, the legal system from which it originates, and an analysis of its applicability to Indian law. The research distinguishes between binding, persuasive, and merely illustrative foreign authority.
